This, ladies and gentlemen, is what we at !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! have been planning for months. We’re going to be driving stock and fully modified versions of YOUR CARS on as twisty of tarmac as we can find and give our thoughts. Today I present to you the first one-take of hopefully many to come. This past weekend we were lucky enough to find two Ford Fiesta ST’s and two owners trusting enough to let Josh have a go.
First up, !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! red 2015 Ford Fiesta ST. It’s 100% stock with only a few thousand miles on the odometer. It’s a bare bones model with no option other than the Recaro seats. This is exactly how a Fiesta ST should be optioned in our opinion. No sunroof, no other nannies. Just front-wheel-driving pleasure.
Next, we compare it to !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . His FiST also has the optional-but-required-to-be-taken-seriously Recaro seats plus a sunroof, but we won’t knock him for that. Other than body work, not much of this car has been left untouched. It has an intake, intercooler, full exhaust, suspension, wheels, tires and more. To get all of the details about Jonathan Deng’s Ford Fiesta ST, please check out his !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!
Alas, we get to the good stuff. Below is the video. Keep in mind this was completely unscripted and all filmed in one-take. No take-twos here. Thanks for watching! We appreciate all of your feedback!
*We’re currently look for a well modified BRZ/FRS in the Washington, DC region.

Sound Symposer doesn’t play exhaust noise through the speakers, just FYI.

What’s with the jibes at having a sunroof? Crack the sunroof and the passenger window: best way to circulate air without getting it in you face. I use my sunroof every day, and consider is a must-have.

Nice video, some good points made in there.
Couple tips if you plan to keep producing these:
-mount the gopro on the roof directly to the suction cup, remove the additional arm there and you’ll get a TON less wobble
-bug platter shots were extremely distracting, If this were something I produced I would consider those clips un-usable.
Keep it up!

My only regret with my sunroof is it makes wearing a helmet difficult, but then I’m 6’4”, it probably wouldn’t be easy without it.

Admittedly, it does cut a good 1-2” out of the head room. Not a problem for me (only 177cm tall), but a real issue for the more vertically gifted.

Whatever, I don’t wear helmets all the time.

Not trying to be facetious, but we’re talking a FIESTA still correct? what is the need for a BOV? is that not just about messing with the engine’s sound to get that stupid hooting sound? is there that much need to regulate pressure on a factory turbo set up?

Track day bros say the sunroof makes cars heavier, plus people say they rattle and leak. I could care less. I love the sunroofs on my MINI...

So, just to get the ricebro BOV noise, he interfered with the efficiency of a recirculating turbo setup, introducing more turbo lag?
No accounting for taste I guess, but why bother upgrading the horsepower at all, if you’re going to handicap it in the name of fashion?

Lessons learned. Our next video has already been filmed and is in the editing phase. More PSSSSHHHHH.

Is that PSH a turbo PSH? Or a stfu JBH we’re gonna do it our way PSH?
Either way, quite warranted :)
